Fresh Air Filter Service, Inc. is a veteran owned and operated commercial (HVAC) air filter service company and certified HUB and registered (SAMS) for government services and has
been in business for over 30-years.
We currently maintain a 10,000 sq. ft. facility positioned locally and stocked to full capacity with most filter sizes as well as MERV efficiency rated filters for most applications/systems. To best service our customers, we maintain 10 National Air Filtration Association (NAFA) certified technicians (NCT**), which are fully insured.
Whether you have A/C units are on the roof, above ceiling tiles, your offices, computer rooms or mechanical rooms throughout your facility, we can help improve your indoor air quality and the performance of your A/C equipment. We offer many different types of filters including customizations to accommodate every application precisely.
Many of our customers include hospitals, shopping centers, restaurants, high-rise office buildings, nursing homes and assisted living facilities, as well as industrial parks, computer and data centers, manufacturing plants, medical complexes, health and fitness clubs, churches, banks, and credit unions. In addition, we are contracted by numerous air conditioning repair and installation companies, and top property management firms to service their clients/tenants air filtration needs.
What is the Difference between Fresh Air Filter Service and an A/C Company?
The difference is knowledge and familiarity of air conditioning filtration, not only to achieve top mechanical performance, but also maximize indoor air quality. Normally, an A/C company is needed for repairs and maintenance of air handlers, chillers, etc., but not for changing air filters or assistance with air quality.
Barrett Lynch, is a Nationally Certified Air Filtration Specialists (CAFS*). He can assist you with “Green” building & “LEED” certification information, directed to achieve a “Clean Air Award” for your company providing advice regarding the State of Texas commercial building air filtration regulations & specifications. Based on our expertise, numerous A/C companies contract us to service their commercial customers’ air filters!
We provide an all-inclusive regularly schedule filter service. Our technicians are trained to look out for your HVAC equipment and report any concerns that may need to be brought to your attention. Barrett proudly served his country with 28-years of distinguished service in the U.S. Army retiring in 2018.
Barrett and his wife Sandra, immediately after retiring, grasp the opportunity to purchase Fresh Air Filter Service, Inc. and implement a plan to grow the company to new heights.
Barrett brought with him 28 years of leadership and sustainment experience in building, business improvement through experience within supply chain, services provider and contracting which are leveraged on the day-to-day operations.
Barrett and Sandra are strong supporters within their community in San Antonio and surrounding areas within Central Texas. They are family oriented and operate Fresh Air Filter Service with the same values to create a carrying and prosperous environment for their team and customers.
